I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in Porto. I was impressed by the exquisite design and charming ambiance of Torel Palace. The staff was kind and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. The room I stayed in was visually fine, with every detail thoughtfully considered. I especially loved the Nespresso maker and water boiler with a perfect cup of coffee or tea whenever I wanted. The breakfast spread was abundant, with fresh bread, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit. The owner even took the time to personally check on the guests during breakfast. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of all the central attractions and many restaurants. It was like a palace, with valet care for my car and luggage. I highly recommend Torel Palace for a perfect stay in Porto.
Although my room was beautiful, I did notice a few minor issues. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, making it difficult for my wife to do her make-up.

The hotel is stunningly renovated with a mix of modern and classic elements. The height of the doors and the masterpiece ceiling add a touch of grandeur. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and swimming pool, made us feel like royalty. the hotel's location was ideal and made it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with an espresso machine and private facilities. the restaurant was exceptional and made our in-room breakfast an unforgettable experience.
The only minor issue we encountered was the limited snack bar options. Despite this, the restaurant and bar/lounge more than made up for it.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel! Our room was elegant with exclusive amenities, such as an espresso machine. the Spa & Wellness Centre was fantastic with a variety of treatments available. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the garden area was stunning and ideal for a morning stroll. In-room breakfast was prompt and delicious. the location was central, with easy access to many restaurants.
The only drawback was the limited menu at the Snack Bar. the staff were able to accommodate our special dietary needs with their excellent Special Diet Menus.
